PSci also receives Personal Information and other online and offline information from sources of information that legally provide PSci with your information, and which are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy at the time of collection (“Other Sources”). Information concerning a device you use to access, use, or interact with the Site, such as operating system type or mobile device model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, the language your system uses and the country and time zone of your device, geo-location, unique device identifier or other device identifier, mobile phone carrier identification, and device software platform and firmware information (“Device Data) may also be collected when your device interacts with the website and PSci, even if you are not logged into the website using your device.

Credit card information is temporarily collected for use with online orders only and is not saved in any manner by PSci. PSci does not have access to the credit card number, verification code, or expiration date. This information may, however, be retained by our credit card payment processor to the extent required to facilitate the financial transaction. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

3. How PSci Uses Information

If you live outside the United States of America, and you use the website or provide us with Personal Information directly via the Site, your information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may request certain information to verify your identity before we can respond to such requests. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and will respond to your request within 45 calendar days, subject to and after proper verification, unless we need additional time, in which case we will let you know.
