Throughout his career, Jim has demonstrated mastery in the full lifecycle of finding, responding to, and winning proposals, as well as delivering and managing complex solutions to meet customer needs.

Jim’s extensive experience includes managing multi-million-dollar IT programs and seamlessly integrating advanced technical solutions into customer enterprise architectures. At IDEMIA, he directed biometric programs for public safety, overseeing operations from pre-sales through contract delivery. At MorphoTrust USA, he doubled revenue and profit, leading his team to win 10 consecutive RFPs while establishing the company as a market leader.

A certified PMP and seasoned SaaS expert, Jim combines technical acumen with strategic leadership to deliver impactful results. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he has a strong foundation in both technology and business.
