Pricing

How much does it cost?

PSci has many pricing packages, we cater to SMB, Large and Enterprise markets. Please contacts Sales sales@procurementsciences.com for details.

How much are additional users?

The pricing model is pupm so the cost of additional users will be the same as first group purchased, getting into a high tier of users could bring a discount. Please contacts Sales sales@procurementsciences.com for details.

Does it include training?

Yes, each package comes with a 1/hr training session to cover all functionality and help understand your specific needs and help you find rapid value.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do have discounts for large license purchases as well as multi year contracts

Are there limits to how much we can upload?

Not right now, in the future for the larger customers we will implement restrictions for mass amounts of data but for the majority it won’t effect you. Keep in mind though, the solution is not designed for a mass data dump at this point but instead for you to bring your most relevent documents.

Check with your tax department but because of the fact the system can be used for creating marketing content, some customers have been able to write it off as a 100% marketing tax write-off.

Competitor Differentiation

GovWin & Toons

We have basic SAM.GOV search functionality. Our focus right now is around what we can do once you identify the opportunity such as building the AI to help analyze, decide bid/no bid, perform intelligence gathering, etc. We do have on our RoadMap the ability to ingest Task Orders from Clients Contract Vehicles whether it be from API, Portal or formatted email.

RFPio/Loopio

They are more of a content management system, our AI is completely unique and will generate new text from scratch based on the requirements or synthesize a response using your previous responses to build on top of.

UseRogue, ProposalWriter.AI, etc

We are building an end-to-end solution which caters to your entire BD team, these companies released proposal specific half-baked solutions and are typically doing it as a side project (not fully time dedicated). I would also question them about how much customers they actually have, we have over 30 with multiple being top 10 contractors.

Capabilites

Can your AI learn from our losing and winning proposals?

Our AI uses a special algorithm which doesn’t actually learn and retrain on your data outside of the thread you are using your data inside of. This ensures that your information is not retrained on and shared with others that use the model. We do however have on our RoadMap the ability to review data from a CRM solution which would allow for Win/Loss analysis.

If your AI doesn’t retrain on our information how does it know about our stuff?

Our propriatary alogrithm allows for the AI to access and use your information in real-time. Ultimately we trained the AI to use your information as a new “Source of Truth”. It has the fascade as if it was trainined on your documents when you point the AI at a single, multiple or repository of documents but doesnt actually retain the data until the next time you point it in the same direction.

Can you integrate with our Sharepoint? OneDrive? RFPio? Etc.

Our engineering team is currently developing integration with SharePoint so clients will be able to point to libraries, folders and or docsets. As for the other items, these are on our RoadMap based on demand.

Do you integration with SalesForce, MS Dynamics, or any CRM?

Not yet, these and other GovCon specific CRMs are on the RoadMap.

Do you integration with GovWin or GovTribe or FedCompass?

Not yet, they are being added to the RoadMap

What AI models do you use?

We developed our platform to be model agnostic, meaning we can plug and play the best models for the right job. Not all models perform the same for different tasks such as some models like GPT4 are good for conversations but not long form summarization. We have enterprise agreements with multiple of the large providers like GPT (openAI), PALM2 (google), and Cohere which allows us to leverage their data without them have the ability to retrain on any of our information. We also leverage a few private models we have built for specific tasks.

How much text can you paste in?

Our models can support around 40k characters which is around 20 pages to be pasted into the windows for analysis.

When is your data cutoff?

Our data cutoff for our core models is the same as OpenAI and Google models which is late 2022 however we supplement it with additional information on top using our algorithms to point the AI at a new “Source of Truth”. A common misconception is that you can continue to train a model after its first training cutoff. In reality, once the model is trained and the lid is put on, you cannot reopen and add more info. What chatGPT does it actually put your data into a seperate bucket for training their next model iteration.

How do you handle hallucinations?

We have a few ways of handling hallucinations. First, we train our users to understand what it is and when to spot it and how it can be both a good thing and bad thing. For example, halluciantions is a form of the AI being creative and thinking up new ideas and unique insights for you. On the other hand, for mission critical information we say “Trust but verify” critical and key data such as names, dates, numbers, etc. When your asking questions against 3rd party data (sam.gov, usaspending, etc.) we will show you citiations so you can see where the data came from. Also if you asking questions against your documents we will also show you citiations of what files the information came from and what data was used to build the answer. Lastly, we have a internet search which allows the AI to search the internet for real-time data to build its answers and will show the sources.

In the AI chat features, what do the thumbs up and down do? Does that allow it to learn from bad responses?

The thumbs up and down right now just allow us to track when the AI does not respond the way you expected and allows us to review and fine-tune for a better future result.

Can it create an entire compliance matrix? Or respond to an entire proposals in one click?

No, you can get it to go section by section but it will lose focus if you try to get it to do too much at once.

Can I bulk upload?

Yes you can now bulk upload data.

Can Data be private to just me that I upload?

Yes, all uploaded files, created assetts, and projects can be private to either only the user or shared within the entire group.

Hosting/Security

What happens if we end our subscription? Where does our data go?

Our standard contract gives you 60-days to extract any data, after the 60-day window all your data is completely purged. Never shared or used for training.

Where is it hosted?

We utilize GCP (Google Cloud Provider) and have a hardened multi-tenant architecture that follows industry best-practices around data protection and privacy.

What is a multi-tenant architecture?

Multi-Tenant means that you have your own private instance within our larger hosted system, ensuring your data is in a private silo and never accessible by other users.

Are you FedRamp?

No, we are not FedRamp and not designed to handle CUI data at this point. It is on our Road Map and in our Strategic Vision.

Can you deploy on Prem?

We encourage customers to consider our base environment which provides more than adequate security, however should a client want more we can go on Prem or a Hybrid where the client has its own secure enclave, in either case there is additional time and cost to set this up.

Do you have Azure AD/SSO/MFA?

We do not have it live yet in any environemnt but for Enterprise customers we can implement it for an additional per user fee.

What do you use for encryption? At-Rest/In-Transit

We use industry best-practices, TLS 1.2 for in transit and AES256-bit encryption for at rest.
